The vibes and decor are great. We went for breakfast on a weekday and the one server seemed a bit overwhelmed. The food was subpar at best. Seemed to be no chorizo in the breakfast burrito the rest of the filling was rather bland - the black beans were the saving grace of that dish. And while I respect a small business a $3 upcharge for a biscuit for breakfast is steep, especially when it's overcooked.
I’ve never been disappointed at Paul’s! Great food, great cocktails, fabulous atmosphere and staff. The only thing that’s frozen here is the ice cream, and you can tell. Highly recommend. Try the banana bread with cream cheese :)

Got the avocado toast and it was AMAZING. Pancakes were also delicious, don’t know what syrup they got but it’s the best I’ve ever had! Bacon was great as well. Coffee was mid (bitter for me but I still had two mugs lol) but the food more than makes up for it. It’s a diner with great breakfast basics and hospitality that makes you feel at home.
