Hamburger was boring at first bite. Shredded iceberg lettuce was not fresh or crisp. Tomatoes extremely thin. Bun boring too. Onions were chopped up.

We won't be back to this location anytime soon. Understaffed. The waitress didn't refill drinks. The food was slow to come out and when it did it was cold. The "manager" walked around but didn't assist with anything (drinks, clearing tables, etc).

For the most part we love coming to this place because we have 3 boys that can be pretty loud and since it's already loud it just drowns our boys out? The drinks are great but the food has its moment of good or bad, hot or cold.Update: we will still always come here but how smoothly things run definitely depends on what managers and servers are working!

This specific location is our least favorite. *Most* of the time the servers provide great service. However, we have been seated in a closed section and forgotten about. We have had incorrect or forgotten food where the replacement was also forgotten or ready after everyone else was done. The host/hostess at entry often seem frazzled, irritated, unorganized, or just plain clueless and there is rarely someone around that appears to have any leadership qualities. Many times we have waited to be helped and the hostess seats people just walking in rather than those who have been waiting (not counting bar seating.) One occasion a purse was left in the booth and when I called to see if it was found the female who answered put me on hold for about 15 seconds and then said no purse was found but I can leave a name and phone number. We live an hour away- we were still close enough to come back and get it. Rather than leave a name and number we immediately went back and the purse had in fact been found right after we left and placed in the lost and found and the female did not even check like she said she did.We've been eating at RR for years and it's obvious the burgers have gotten smaller but prices have not.Update over a year later- still terrible. Received burgers so sloppy and dripping in grease, cold California chicken burger, chicken with a huge piece of gristle so hard it ruined the meal.Just avoid this one- go to any other location.

They have changed a lot since I grew up here in the area as a kid but it is definitely for the better. The burgers are amazing the fries are amazing and the customer service is great. Today I tried their brand new bacon fondue cheeseburger. Still a great place to eat here in Vancouver Washington.

I had ordered 2 cheese burgers. One with everything on it plus a fried egg. My 2nd cheese burger I had ordered it with ketchup only and a fried egg. The girl taking my order read it back to me to make sure what I told her was correct. I get home and saw my burger that was supposed to be ketchup only had everything on it. I called the restaurant and asked what they wanted to have happen. I told them to remake the burger and I'll come back in. I get there and ask if they could throw in some cookies to make up for it since I had to come back and have my burger remade. I open the box and checked while I was there to make sure it was made right. They gave me one "fresh baked cook". The cookie was cold NOT fresh baked like they had said. My wife and might just have to put thus place on the back burner for places to eat at for a while.
