We wanted a sit down meal as we just completed our shopping at the mall & can’t go wrong with their bottomless steak fries. We sat in the bar area and had great service. Drinks were good and food was what we expected from visiting other locations.

My husband and I come to this location the most, and service is always wonderful, even if something bad happens the team here is always on top of making things right. I wanted to give a shout out to T.K. the bartender, he always makes me smile when we come in because I love his energy and he's always so nice, even if he is having a bad day. The food here is always amazing and they are all so patient with their customers. Definitely going to always be our favorite Red Robin...

The staff is spectacular, so kind, but the manager was pretty rude. We have a well behaved small esa dog and cleared it at front desk. We had already ordered when the manager came by and said no dogs that arent at the service dog level of certification, and we had to get it to go. Signage needs clarity, management needs training, staff is amazing and should probably be internally promoted as they were understanding and polite.
