I'm a regular customer here. We typically love the food. We always sit in the bar. Service is considerably slower than sitting in the restaurant. My husband and I just enjoy the atmosphere better, so we deal with it. Our biggest complaint is the fries! When we receive our meal, the fries are ALWAYS cold and horrible as if they've been sitting in the window for way too long!!! Oftentimes, we get them, and they're undercooked as well. Not gona lie I do feel that Red Robin tries to fit a few too many people into some of the spaces they have, I do understand its a popular spot but if it was full I would be scared to headbut the person behind me if I lean my head back, that said, the staff I feel do a tremendous job working around this, and the food definitely makes up for some of the possible overcrowding. My burger was good but my friends tenders were off and kinda soggy. Our server seemed nice enough but ignored me completely while stopping for my friend every time. I dont think i was rude i was quiet of anythimg nut idk. It miffed me when he offered to refill my friends drink but blew me off so
