I've been to several Rib City locations in Florida and I have yet to find a better BBQ, their babybacks are unmatched as are their pulled pork and their sauces. This seems to be the same menu as the one in Cape Coral where I used to eat to at least once a week. The staff is genuinely friendly and professional. I can't say enough good things about Rib City

Been going here for years! Consistently great barbeque that comes out quick and never dissapoints. Baby back ribs, pulled pork sandwich, and the buffalo chicken tenders are seriously delicious, u need to try! Will continue to go here for years to come ? Great staff and great food, thank you!

Was really craving ribs! Very satisfied with the choice. Went in shortly after they opened, was sat immediately. Nice clean restaurant. Wait staff was very friendly and attentive. Sweet tea is great, right in the spot- not too sweet. Love these ribs, fall right off the bone, chicken had great flavor and was moist! Glad I visited ??

Would give 5 stars if they were actually open when they say they are. However that seems to be a big issue. I get that staffing is a problem everywhere. But, if you are already closed 2 days a week, then I feel as the owner of a business, then you should be there doing the work yourself the other 5 days if you're low on staff. The one thing you never do? You DON'T CLOSE!!!Yet, except for a Friday night 3 weeks ago, this store has been closed 4 different times we've gone to order in the last 2 weeks on days their website says they're open. No one answers the phone.Considering you're a franchise location and still running on pandemic hours (according to website, only open 5 hours a day, supposedly 5 days a week, but I know you aren't even open 5 days a week!) I'm really surprised they haven't yanked your franchise license.

Their baby back ribs are the best. So moist and fall off the bone. Great sweet sauce on them and they give you some more if you need it.

Bought the meal for two... Ribs were basically skin and bone.... Chicken was dry.... The rolled up meat was completely flavorless and couldn't tell if it was pork or beef, it was rubbery flavorless meat... Bread was stale and fries were soggyWill not go back.

Their website lists foods, when you call to order they say that’s not on the menu. They were out of a lot of stuff for 6 o’clock on a Friday night??‍♂️ The kid on the phone had no clue about anything. We gave up and just ordered it online.

The serving sizes for the to go orders are tiny but the food is good. The gal at the register was so fun and talkative. We called after an issue with our order and the manager was nice and offered to fix it but we are from out of town and won't be back for a while. We'd eat here again though!

Been going here for years. Great ribs and pulled pork. Not the best I've ever had, but for the price and convenience of the location, it's great. Never had a bad experience.

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but this was so disappointing. I had a couple friends in town, so we decided to try this place. We went on a Thursday evening. Not very busy. Service was nice - very polite and attentive. No complaints about that. I ordered the brisket dinner with mac & cheese and coleslaw. Maybe it's my fault for ordering brisket at a place called Rib City? Slight smoke flavor, bland, and very dry. It was the flat, which has less fat than the point, but still - very tough. Almost like they put an hour of smoke in it then threw it in the oven. The lukewarm mac & cheese was just noodles and (tasted like) canned cheese sauce. Either that, or a cheese sauce made with just American cheese. Nothing against American cheese - it has superior melting abilities, but throw some other cheeses in their for some flavor. Coleslaw was watery and soggy. Cabbage is dirt cheap, and a good slaw is easy to make. Sad little condiment cup portion. Not sure how the garlic bread is garlic bread. I guess there was a small inkling of a piece of dried parsley that would indicate that a garlic seasoning was attempted, but unsuccessful. My friend ordered smoked chicken & turkey breast. The turkey was tough - chicken bland. Canned green beans. Nothing against canned green beans. Produce is expensive, and maybe fresh green beans just aren't an option. I get it, but there are cheap and fun ways to make the canned more flavorful. Add some spices, bbq trimmings, some sort of acid, apple cider vinegar, a drizzle of maple, bbq seasoning or sauce, something. And as for the owner, what a strange reply to the other most recent review. Are they aware of what's happening in the world? What kind of question is that? We all feel the repercussions of what's happening in the world right now - we're spending more than ever on gas and groceries, and yet still decide to treat ourselves and eat out. And bbq is not cheap. If you're out of something, fine. If you don't serve alcohol anymore, fine. Bottled soft drinks? Fine - water is free (for the customer) and better for you. But don't use the world as an excuse for sub-par food, especially at the prices you're charging. If you can't keep your food cost down, pair down your menu and make what you do serve irresistible and delicious. Even if it comes out of a can.

Excellent service, quality of food not so much. Show up for Dinner, and am read a HUGE List of things on the menu that they don't have, including beer, wine , Salads, Even soft drinks. We were offered water , tea , and bottled Pepsi ...Disappointing to say the least... My Mom seemed happy with her ribs , Mac & cheese, and coleslaw... My plate, however... I had a "pick 2 combination plate ", and got smoked beef & smoked pork. BOTTOM LINE: The beans were the warmest item on the plate. The 2 cuts of meat came out room temperature/ cold in the middle..... Blood still coming off the beef .... Just the facts .

The ribs are outstanding. Didn't try the other meats. Had baked beans (yum) and apple sauce as sides. For my taste, the sauce could have been just a little sweeter, but of course that's always subjective. 4 stars because they were out of a couple of sides at 5:00pm and the soda fountain was broke. Been there a few times and we keep going back

Never been this disappointed. Worst BBQ place I’ve tried in my life. Everything is extremely dry and taste like rubber. Especially for their prices this place is a major ripoff.

A favorite place to eat. Delicious tender ribs! I got coleslaw tonight (excellent) and macaroni & cheese (definitely try the mac & cheese) as my two sides with a full rack of baby back ribs. A piece of buttered garlic toast also comes with but I'm always too full for it! My sweet tea hit the spot! I wish I had remembered to take a pic of my meal! But I dove right in. Thank Rib City for the delicious Saturday night dinner, and great service. We will always be back.

AVOID THIS PLACE! They don’t use actual meat. Their “smoked turkey” is DELI meat. So disgusting.
