I think we might have caught them on a busy day — they were preparing for a plant sale, so there were plants everywhere, which made it a bit tricky to get around and find a comfortable spot. I tried calling River Maiden (opens at 7:30) on the way, but there was only a recording telling me to order on the website—which isn’t an option while driving. They have a good-sized parking lot. I ordered their Egg Sando with Bacon. Side note: I asked for a printed receipt and was told, “We don’t print receipts here.”

Been driving past this place for years and never went in. From the outside it looks quite plain, but inside it's a plant filled little coffee haven. The atmosphere was great, they serve great stump town coffee, and the sandwich I had ( the Herbie) is one of the top 3 sandwiches in Vancouver in my opinion. Loved the experience and will be back
