This was a pizza shop I wanted to try for years, and I finally did. I asked for light sauce and got no sauce, the pizza had so little cheese there were parts of it that just had hard dough. I got a specialty pizza and there were barely any toppings on it. I went in and an employee looked at me and kept working, didn't even acknowledge me. I had to ring a bell after waiting for five minutes. & A guy comes out and mumbles his way through the transaction. This was trash. Won't be going here again. I used to hear such great things but I wasted 30 bucks on a crappy pizza. They may have been good in the past, but no more...

First the place was filthy, leaks from the roof show on the foam roof pieces. The dishes and cups were gross. They offer pitchers of beer but not soda. Not sure if corporate can look into it or these are franchises. The regular pizza was meh, the dough/crust the sauce was bland and kind of watery. The wings we ordered were flabby. The cauliflower crust pizza was okay and what I expect from a chain. The service was mediocre which is fine as long as the food is okay.

55 that's the cost of my order. 10 thats the amount of tip I gave the driver 90 is the number of minutes I waited for my order 53 is the temperature my very stale pizza arrived. 4 is the number of times this store has done this to me. 0 is the number of opportunities I will give you to do it to me again... this is not how you treat a loyal customer.... Ive tried to do my part to support your business that is CLEARLY suffering... I'm done giving you my hard earned money... for your overpriced, stale cold pizza.... remember this review when you go bankrupt... your lack of care or consideration for the people who keep your lights on will be the end of your business.

I went here for a little get together with people from work. We reserved a room, that was no extra charge, and had a really nice time.
The pizza was good and I also tried the salad bar, which offered a lot of tasty options.
The restaurant itself is bigger than it looks from the outside, with a game room and plenty of TVs all around.
I'm looking forward to coming back without the whole crew. This is a decent pizza place for a franchise.

Used to be my favorite go to for lunch. Now is just not good. Did not get my order complete did not get my order accurate when I finally did get it and it caused me to be late back to work even though I called in and placed my order enough ahead of time that it shouldn’t have been an issue. I would not recommend. I do not recommend this place anymore

Placed a online order earlier in the day for delivery at 5. The order never showed up, so I called the restaurant at 5:30. They said the driver wasn't there and it just left the building. Apparently they had a DoorDash person pick this up to deliver to me. 6pm, still nothing. I go outside and the order was on the ground. I looked at my camera and the person dropped it off at 5:45 apparently. Everything was cold. Not sure why the delivery driver didnt ring my doorbell or knock on my door so I knew delivery was here. Horrible customer service. I would have been okay if they called me to say that the driver wasn't there to deliver and be proactive on this ordeal. I think this restaurant is under new management but that shouldn't be the problem on this whole experience.
