Pizza was great. Wait was an hour. Atmosphere was relatively fun, until an angry customer came in and yelled at the employees. Definitely an issue with employees rather than the restaurant. I feel like the employees handled customers frustration well, but they were slow apparently. The person in the kitchen must be new or incompetent because 1 hour for a pizza is very long. I have made pizza for 5 years so I know how long it takes. I hope the employees improve because they do have tasty pizza. Sadly, likely won’t return as it costed $18 for a gluten free pizza and that is a bit much for its size and with everything else that happened.
We got 3 pizzas and it took over 30mins to get them. They tasted great but 30mins for 3 pizzas seems like a long time.
When they gave us the pizza we had to wait even longer after that for a pizza spatula. There were 2 tables and a big party (about 5 or so people) so seems weird the pizzas took 30 mins and they had no spatulas. But the place was nice outside that. Pizza was tasty and because there was no one else there really it was pretty quiet and the game area was completely empty
I would give zero stars if I could. I called an hour in advance and scheduled a pick up order. We got there and had to wait for another 20 minutes. They handed us our food and said it’s ready but they forgot the jalapeño poppers. We get home and they gave us one order of jalapeño poppers instead of two. The whole team did not seem to care that we had to wait and were very dismissive. Won’t be coming back here again even if you paid me to.
I went a couple of days ago and tried to order the Double Play Pepperoni pizza I saw an ad for on Facebook. The supervisor on duty told me that they can not honor the ad price of $22.99 for the large pizza because that promotion is over. Days later the ad is still currently running on Facebook and even uses their store address on the posting. False advertising is not good. You should be able to honor the prices that you use to bring people into your store.
Pizza arrived cold and over an hour late. They also do not employ their own delivery drivers. They use DoorDash. The DoorDash driver sat in the round table parking lot for over a half hour before leaving the store to deliver my order, then sat in my driveway for another 10 minutes before actually getting out of the car to deliver my order. I could see all this with the link to a DoorDash tracker i was sent via text. If I had known DoorDash was the delivery service I would have ordered pick up. Round table needs to disclose the use of a third party delivery service. Wont be ordering from here again. Beware of “Jacky” from DoorDash! And avoid thsi round table!
Doordash also leaves you no way to rate or complain about the driver.
First time coming here in the pizza was amazing and the Dragon's Bounty Sampler Platter was on point. Next time I will be back to try out other flavor pizzas, so it's worth coming here.

Ordered pizza for delivery, it took an hour and a half to get, and when I got it, it was cold and the crust was very chewy like cardboard. Used to love this place, will not go again. Called and spoke to manager and all they said was sorry
Took one bite and it went straight in the trash way way way too salty. Absolutely gross and that was after pulling all the peperoni off. Waste of money

Wow. So let me tell you a customer service story. I ordered at 3:25pm. I get an automated text that said it’ll arrive at 4:05. At 3:45pm I get an update automated text that it’ll arrive at 4:17pm. At 4:20pm I get an automated text that my order is cancelled and I need to call the store. I call the store. The person tells me “no, it’ll be there it’s out for delivery.” At 4:45pm I call back and refuse to hear “it’ll be there,” again and ask for them to please explain what is going on. After sitting on hold I end up talking to someone else who explains that my order was “stolen” because they didn’t have drivers tonight and that they’ve been using DoorDash drivers to deliver orders. I had to demand a refund and explain that I didn’t pay DoorDash, I paid Round Table directly from their app. Their manager “Dana” would not take the call instead having the person on the phone parrot to me that a “refund” is being processed and it will go back on my card “in about 6 days.” Then I kid you not, they give me the 855 number to DoorDash and say “sorry, hope you figure it out.” Is that acceptable customer service to you? Would you want to order from a place, wait for two hours just to have them say “oh well, guess you gotta figure it out?” I have my texts, my order receipts and will not be letting this go until I have confirmation that my money is returned. I contacted DoorDash and the best they could say is “we’re trying to call the driver but they won’t answer and we’ll bring it to our team’s attention.” I will be calling the Round Table corporate office tomorrow and looking at more options for consumer advocacy because this is outrageously unacceptable.

Pizza great but $46 for medium pizza and 2 drinks is ludicrous

I never leave reviews but this annoyed me to no end. The website for the Thurston location clearly shows a dine-in coupon can be used for the double play pepperoni pizza. $26.99. When I showed the coupon to the girl at the counter, she said the manager was not accepting the coupons anymore but that she could give me $4 off. According to her the regular price was 39.99. Are you kidding me? First of all, update your website if you are not accepting that deal, second, I'm not paying $40 for a large pep pizza even with $4 off. Third, I came in specifically on my birthday because pizza is my favorite. Ruined. I walked out empty-handed. If this employee was misinformed, then maybe they ALL need retraining.
