You cannot order off of the app because none of the deals on the app actually work and when you go in and try to order at the store, they do not Honor any of the deals that are on the app the pizza is very expensive unless you get it online if you can

This was a disappointing visit. We went for a sports team party, and they were not prepared. Understaffed, dirty, the greasy food took an hour, and the chicken garlic pizza… who put an entire red onion on ours?!?! I almost threw up when I got home and tried it. One of the games didn’t give us out tickets and the workers said they wouldn’t turn it off or fix it and no we can’t get those tickets. The prizes are from the dollar store. This was an absolute waste of over $100. Seriously though, avoid this place

I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. Walking in, I immediately noticed how understaffed they were—just a couple of overwhelmed employees struggling to keep up. The place itself was filthy, with dirty tables, unclean floors, and an overall neglected atmosphere that made me question the hygiene standards.
I had ordered my pizza ahead of time, expecting it to be ready when I arrived. Instead, I ended up waiting an extra 45 minutes, with no updates or apologies from the staff. When I finally got my order, the pizza wasn’t even hot—it felt like it had been sitting around, despite the long delay.
And to top it all off, the prices were outrageous for what I got. I don’t mind paying for quality, but this was far from it. Between the terrible service, the unclean environment, and the overpriced food, I definitely won’t be coming back. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about its customers

The pizza was great however, when having children wanting to play the arcade games it's not very convenient that there is no place to get cash to purchase the coins. Half of the machines were broke down and the machine to purchase the coins was broke and wouldn't accept a credit card.

I want to give the young man working the cash register credit - he was doing everything he could to offer excellent service but our positive experience began and ended with him. The restaurant was dirty, the game room coin machine didn’t work, the beer taps didn’t work, the bathroom was filthy and the staff person who delivered our meal was beyond unfriendly. To the owner of the Round Table Pizza in JM Plaza: we will not return until you fix the problems. You cannot charge the high prices you do and expect your patrons to put up with that. Extremely disappointing. Again, thank you to the young man who took our order - you did your very best to make our experience positive.. you deserve to work in an establishment that values you and their own reputation more.

The app is atrocious, but that is an issue from Round Table, not the local store.
The pizza was excellent and the modifications I requested were exactly as requested. The regular price is such I only order when they have a discount, but it's still a expensive pizza.
The atmosphere is a really awkward mix of a large bar in the center of the restaurant with no bartender or customers and a ticket redemption game arcade.
Kid-friendliness: There is a kiddy casino, ticket redemption arcade.
Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible for wheelchairs.

Very negative experience at this Round Table. My kids brought quarters for the arcade , they would not accept them to purchase tokens. Another kid in our party hit the jackpot but the machine did not dispense the tickets and they just told him tough luck, did nothing to make it right for him.
