Toppings are always not correct so this time I called them & customer service was terrible. Plus the person who answered was rude not willing to fix the issue!! One of the toppings was something I’m allergic too!!

I moved into the neighborhood about 3 years ago and on moving day I was looking for pizza delivery (it’s a moving day tradition). I saw Round Table close by and got excited. Round Table was top tier when I was in high school. The good stuff. My best friend worked at our local RT and I remember the smell vividly. I could smell the King Arthur Supreme as I placed the order. It didn’t disappoint. The pizza was perfect.
Since then, I’ve become a regular customer. This location is so consistently high quality, good service and fast. I have never had a less than perfect pizza. Considering the decline of so many restaurants and service in the post-Covid world, this is even more impressive. Consistency is really hard and comes from good leadership. Well done.

Came for a birthday party and had great service and food! Kids had a blast with the games. Staff was great and a special thanks to Darvin, he was working practically the whole front of the house doing great.

They open 11 AM. Placed online order for pick up at 11:05 AM. Arrived at 11:20 AM to pick up pizza and was told they didn’t have the skin ready so they needed to still add the toppings and put it in the oven to bake. I’m curious how You open a pizza chain or any restaurant for that matter unprepared to serve guest at the time you open. That is the reason you hire back of house staff to do the prep work on the food, prior to opening. Every single Round Table Pizza in Vancouver Washington is in dire need of a complete overhaul of its staff and the ownership. I do intend to contact their corporate office. Because I understand how franchisees are supposed to operate and uphold the standard of the corporation. And this is well below the standard. I’m only writing this now because this is the fourth time I’ve had an issue with them. Each time I swear I will never come back, but this time we’re locked in. I’m not coming back.. Papa Pete’s in Ridgefield is absolutely worth the drive to not deal with this garbage.

You cannot order off of the app because none of the deals on the app actually work and when you go in and try to order at the store, they do not Honor any of the deals that are on the app the pizza is very expensive unless you get it online if you can
This was a disappointing visit. We went for a sports team party, and they were not prepared. Understaffed, dirty, the greasy food took an hour, and the chicken garlic pizza… who put an entire red onion on ours?!?! I almost threw up when I got home and tried it. One of the games didn’t give us out tickets and the workers said they wouldn’t turn it off or fix it and no we can’t get those tickets. The prizes are from the dollar store. This was an absolute waste of over $100. Seriously though, avoid this place

I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. Walking in, I immediately noticed how understaffed they were—just a couple of overwhelmed employees struggling to keep up. The place itself was filthy, with dirty tables, unclean floors, and an overall neglected atmosphere that made me question the hygiene standards.
I had ordered my pizza ahead of time, expecting it to be ready when I arrived. Instead, I ended up waiting an extra 45 minutes, with no updates or apologies from the staff. When I finally got my order, the pizza wasn’t even hot—it felt like it had been sitting around, despite the long delay.
And to top it all off, the prices were outrageous for what I got. I don’t mind paying for quality, but this was far from it. Between the terrible service, the unclean environment, and the overpriced food, I definitely won’t be coming back. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about its customers

The pizza was great however, when having children wanting to play the arcade games it's not very convenient that there is no place to get cash to purchase the coins. Half of the machines were broke down and the machine to purchase the coins was broke and wouldn't accept a credit card.
