They have always been fair with prices. I wish there was a flat $15 fee, but there isn't anymore. Without a coupon, McFarlane's is probably the best local place to go. ALWAYS very friendly & courteous.
Surprisingly exceptional customer service, Lindy kept me informed of delivery day and time they would call to set up a 2 hour window for delivery, even fit me in with a huge delivery the next day! Delivery gentleman was on time, polite, efficient, and drove his truck excellently in and out of my driveway with no problem. The bright Doug fir bark is a pretty Amber colored brown, smells great.
