So, so good. The strawberry honey balsamic with black pepper has no business being that DELICIOUS. Friendly, decent prices. The tiny metal tasting spoons are so

I’ve heard lots of good things about Salt and Straw and decided to give it a try after dinner on the waterfront. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and offered samples of each flavor. The strawberry honey balsamic and peach with blue cheese were delicious much to my surprise. I ended up ordering the honey lavender and it was amazing. My husband got the mint chocolate chip and it was the perfect balance of minty/chocolate flavor. I came here on a misty rainy Saturday night and it was packed so be ready to wait in line, possibly outside. The line moves fast though. Can’t wait to come back and try some more flavors!!

Unique, gourmet flavors. My wife LOVES the olive oil flavor. I just like ice cream. I am pretty indifferent about the quality, but it seems to be a consensus that it is very good. There is always a line. It is in an area along the downtown waterfront that has recently been redone and is quite nice. On a nice evening, it is a beautiful stroll. There is a nice water feature for kids to play in during hot water. My wife is gluten-free and just gets the ice cream in a bowl, just watch for varieties of a ice cream that have wheat. They also usually have a couple dairy free varieties.Dietary restrictions: My wife is gluten-free and just gets the ice cream in a bowl, just watch for varieties of a ice cream that have wheat. It took us quite a while to find parking this last time.

Love it! Love it! It’s totally worth the price for its rich taste! Way better than the milkshake place down the street. I would love to stop by every time whenever I can!

You know it will be awesome when the line is out the door at 9pm on a Saturday night! Staff very friendly and patient. Loved the Lavender Honey flavor with a scoop of the olive oil flavor of ice cream as well.

I’ve been twice; once was a very long line, and once was not at all. That being said, the ice cream is great, and they are excellent at dealing with food allergies and cross contamination! Most ice cream shops are not, so it was a pleasant surprise.Dietary restrictions: Their ice cream is made without cross contamination, and they open a brand new pint if they are serving someone with severe food allergies. They took extra care with a new scoop, etc., and we were really impressed.

They don’t have any seating which isn’t great for the location since it’s cold and raining half the year. But the ice cream was good and the staff was friendly!

Fun new place to get a frosty treat and with a view to boost! The waffle cones/waffle bowls are made in store and are really great, the service was a treat in itself, and the flavors were so yummy! Chocolate brownie, passion fruit truffles and cookie dough were our favorites.

Excellent flavors. My advice is try something you wouldn't normally try bc you will be pleasantly surprised! They let you sample a flavor before you buy it. I ate my ice cream too fast to take a picture. But you need to go taste it any way! The manager Courtney is great!

Way over priced for lavender rhubarb ice-cream. I mean it's a hipster vegan liberal ice-cream no thanks. Flavors are gross.

A little pricey for a pint. $13. That kind of made me shocked. However, it's way better than the place down the road. Way faster service and better flavors that are made by them. I only by ice cream in 2 locations. Salt and Straw and The Cow Cafe in New Bern NC. That's the only reason I'll pay the $13. I live in Colorado.

The line at every Salt & Straw is LOOOONG! And this place is no exception! I thought I'd be smart and make an online order to avoid all that! Haha! Jokes on me! Smallest amount I could order online was a 5-pint! Still, good ice cream! If I order online again, it'd be to take back home.
