I go here almost everyday for my daughter's favorite bagel. The staff is always kind and helpful. It's a very busy spot so sometimes I have to wait for my order...no big deal. Today, while waiting with 5 other people, a man became visibly annoyed at the staff and started talking to one staff member disrespectfully and rudely...honestly, he was acting like a child. A customer standing next to me spoke up and she told the man to show some respect. I spoke up as well....

So the conveyor toaster they have stopped working and apparently the manager/owner dont have a back up i.e. a cheep toaster from Walmart they could plug in insted they have 3 microwaves that dont toast. Genius the lot of them.

Ordered a ham egg and cheese on cheddar bagel. Total came to $11.16 so my expectations were high. They didn’t skimp on the ham but it was thin cheap deli meat. The egg looks like one of those frozen pre-cooked “omelets” doesn’t resemble an actual egg. Asked for the bagel to be toasted and for a little cream cheese on it as well. No cream cheese and if it was toasted, I couldn’t tell. No crunch when you bite down. So bummed. I love a good bagel sandwich, this wasn’t...
