Seize the Bagel has some yummy lunch options and a seasonal salad. With a handful of dairy-free options, Seize the Bagel has surprised me with it's lovely food, snacks, and smoothies. On that note, I totally slept on their coffee and did not realize they make EXCELLENT coffee beverages! I only wish I had tried them sooner. Give the Orchards location some love, people :)

The bagels are excellent but my so so review is based on their new online ordering system and there new packaging. Instead of wrapping the bagel in paper like they used to it now comes in this huge plastic container. Why change?? It's terrible. Also I would write a note to cut it in half. Twice it was not done because they give it to me with the two pieces open face. The girl said I now have to say put it together and cut in half??? Really? All of these changes that have...

I went to Seize The Bagel with a friend this weekend and the food was amazing as always. The service however, was not. The person who took our order and rang us up was new but she was absolutely amazing. She was sweet, gave us time to decide and was professional. Despite this, she was publicly chastised and humiliated 3 separate times in front of us by her coworker/manager/supervisor (we aren’t sure but it was the same woman all 3 times). It was maybe 5 minutes of interaction...
