I was super impressed with the soullessness of the customer journey — automated kiosks, text messages, electronic payments. The very model of self-service complete with tip annoyance and upcharges, I didn’t have to interact with anyone except for the moment of accepting my meal. The burger meat was tasty, but the rest of the burger was slapped together and stuffed in a burger bag like someone was in a hurry, they were not even busy ? It was not worth the price. This was my first shake shack visit - NOT impressed!!!
Burger was tastier than most, but quite expensive and a portion of it was still raw. This was my first time here. I showed them and they gave me a voucher for another burger another time. I hope it will be cooked then. I think if you are going to charge double the price for a fast food burger - actually cook it.
