Won't be back. Felt extremely sorry for the server. They were short staffed so I can't fault the server. The place is dirty. Dishes and silverware was disgusting. This used to be a place we'd frequent but not anymore. Really unfortunate but it needs to be gutted and completely remodeled.

I am working on food delivery. When I get to the restaurant they still been working on food. I set up in the restaurant to wait but some women waiter told me to change my place and go to wait at the doors. This is absolutely disrespect. This restaurant was almost empty.

I ordered my son and I breakfast this morning because we are very sick and he really wanted pancakes. He brought his food to me saying mom there’s something in my food as he pulls out chunks of blue paper and I look at his food and there are paper particles throughout his pancakes.

We really like the blueberry lace pancakes here. But when we ordered the Deep Dish Washington Apple pie, this is what we got (I separated out the apples so you could see) - hardly any of the crust. When I showed her, the server brought me the pie to show me that there wasn't any of my leftover crust there, either. That being said, I don't know where the rest of my crust (upper and lower) went.I guess she was assuming I was trying to get away with something, so she would not bring a different piece that wasn't missing most of the crust. I was nice about it, but to no avail. ??♀️

There was a chain supply issue after the ice storm in Vancouver and some things were not available. However, the head waitress readily explained what was available and what could have been a disappointing experience was avoided. She made my day. Wish I could remember her

To start off, this place is dirty. The entrance door is disgusting, the place smells like moisture, A deep cleaning needs to be done. The seats on the booth are ripped. There’s no money being set to this location to bring attraction. I have been to other locations that have better structure. Food was okay, could’ve been better, waitress were slow with everything. If you want a better experience in overall “atmosphere” it’s better to go to other locations with better services as well.
