The barista that took my order was patient and kind when explaining a new product to me. Unfortunately, the Barista making my frozen beverage got tied up with a counter customer and did not have his colleague finish the drink. It was more melty than I would have preferred. To his credit he offered to remake the drink. I hate to waste so I did not take him up on his offer.
The whole drive-thru here is a really weird, doesn't feel like it should be where it is. But the inside is really nice and spacious, took my mom for Mother's Day here to buy her some Starbucks. They told us we were lucky that we came in when we did because they were running out of lemonade, which is kind of sad because it was a hot day on top of it all. Running out of lemonade is definitely not their fault though!
I had a wonderful experience at the drive-thru today. The worker was incredibly kind and even took the time to ask if she pronounced my name correctly. This really made my day. Excellent service!
