Came in this morning some time after 8:30am. Ordered a Venti Hazelnut oatmilk espresso and an apple croissant. Anytime I come to this location, the Baristas always have such a great positive attitude except for one barista who happened to be working with Heather at this mornings shift. She also had no name tag. She is always so rude when taking orders, very confrontational, and crass. I thought it was just me, but this morning I went out of my way to ask the customer after me...
Ashley was amazing I love her attention to detail and She communicated with the gas the whole time it’s really nice and refreshing to see people that actually like their job and go to work especially with the pandemic and how everyone was quitting left and right I really hope they get her medicine because you is amazing and Was happy to help me
The staff is really friendly and work fast and hard. I went in one morning in my uncaffienated state and was smiling when I left. They're engaging and pleasant to talk with! Good job!
