Since moving to Vancouver, I’ve consistently had great experiences at the local Starbucks. The customer service is always excellent—staff are friendly, and I’m greeted every time I stop by, even when I’m not purchasing anything. Isabel, in particular, stands out—she always remembers my drink and makes me feel genuinely welcome. It’s the kind of service that keeps me coming back.
There are NO OUTLETS in this cafe. There is great seating and lighting but this is NOT a location where you can come work for a little bit. Had one of the best cold foam cold brews I've ever had though, but it was a pain expecting to show up and be able to work a little bit and have nowhere to plug in a laptop.
To me Starbucks coffee is Starbucks coffee. The difference between one compared to the other is the people working there. This Starbucks has Tia working and managing there. She makes this shop special. She's very friendly, fast, and kind. So this is my favorite Starbucks
