I ordered 3 venti cups of coffee. They made them all in grande cups. I said i thought i ordered them in venti and they guy said yeah … then he told the other guy to just put more ice in the venti. So instead of remaking them for me, he just dumped everything from the grande to the venti cup and add more ice. I was really stunned

Not gonna lie, there have been occasional issues with my orders from time to time. Usually it’s the espresso missing, or I ordered something iced and received a hot drink. However, the customer service here is unmatched. I hate having to ask for a redo and usually avoid it because I know how overwhelming it can be in a busy environment, but I feel comfortable doing it here because they always handle it with care and make it right!

I visited this Starbucks and ordered a caramel latte. Unfortunately, the drink was filled so excessively that the moment I picked it up, the lid burst off. Coffee spilled everywhere—on me, in my car, and all over the cup holder. It was frustrating and honestly felt avoidable with a bit more attention to how full the cup was or ensuring the lid was properly secured.
I usually enjoy my visits here, but this experience left a mess and a bad impression. I hope staff can be a little more mindful going forward.

I visit the Starbucks on a daily basis. I ordered two caramel macchiato’s iced every time. Today I receive one of the caramel macchiato with a lid on it the other one filled to the very top with no lid. I asked for a lid. She tells me that they don’t put lids on, and I have to put it on myself. She had a very crappy attitude like I’m supposed to know this so if that’s the case, why did one have a lid and one didn’t I proceeded to put the lid on it spilled everywhere. Another girl came up to me behind the counter and said she could help me and I asked her to wipe it off. She said they never put lids on these. That is a lie and if so, why did one have a lid in the other didn’t with attitudes like this? I can get my coffee elsewhere.

This is a busy place and yet they always have a smile and a kindness that comes free w your order. I don't walk-in even if the drive thru is backed into the parking lot I can get my drink and be omw in minutes.
