Worst service ever!!! I ordered a grande ice chai with 8 pumps chai. They handed me a venti. I didnt want a venti so they remade a grande and the grande was as pale milk colored as the venti! It should be brown. 2 employees in there argued with me saying they put 8 pumps chai. I said thats not possible! Chai is brown. They ignored me and made me take the drink anyway!! I ended up taking my cup of $6 milk to another location they happily remade it for free. I will NEVER return to this location.

Militant about requiring proof of purchase before being allowed to use the restroom, although I had ordered through the app. They should know I had ordered since they are the ones fulfilling the order. Obnoxious and rude, saying "Have a bad day". The manager had the same attitude and ordered me out of the store, refusing to give me the code to the restroom. Quite a few stores are asking if you have made a purchase first, based on this new policy, most don't ask, but no store has been as offensive about it until this one.

Been reading some reviews, looks like nearly all comment on the poor attitude of the staff at this location. I think it's time for a review of management here. The poor attitude that I experienced has permiated the staff and that is tied to one person. I should go back and get her name and photo to post here. Maybe it's tied to the homeless population around this location that other reviewers mention. Maybe they have become embittered dealing with the drug addict freeloaders who want just to use the restroom. Maybe that's why Starbucks instituted the policy of only customers using the restrooms, which is admirable because I have become irritated at having to wait and wait for some homeless stinking person hogging the restrooms and then dealing with their mess. Problem is that now everyone is getting the homeless animosity directed at them instead of hospitality.

A couple days later: just went to the Park Place location and was greeted with a smile and "are you Willis, here's your order and the restroom code". Couldn't have been as different as night from day than the 18th and Andreson store.

Spend thousands, or spent thousands on this brand to be kicked our for using wifi. Never again will this brand be supported by our company.

Are you kidding me? I usually don’t have problems with this store as it’s the one I frequent the most. However, today this was my drink. Literally filled to the top with ice and a sip of coffee for $6+
Come on Starbucks I know you can do better. And no I didn’t go back to complain. Every time I have done in the past it is met with unkind attitudes. I’ll suck it up but, I’ll order my drink with “light” ice next time.

today Starbucks manager told Me Not to Come back because I returned my drink to much in the last three weeks. I had written to Starbucks about a month ago & I have called the store, gone in and spoken to management. After 2 years and $264 a month (for only me)… going everyday but Friday's. Begged for how I should change my drink to help me not return my drink, I have asked the same people who have made my drink right so many times for help. This is what happens. HA! So sad, and right before Christmas. Too bad they couldn’t do it right anymore.

I tried ordering just a SHORT cold whole milk. She tried charging me for a tall. I said I wanted a short she pretended to change it in the system. Same price same label was on the register. I said I want a short she said she'll put it in a short. I expressed how I don't want to pay for a tall and pour into a short. So I changed my mind to leave and said never mind no thank you. than she wanted to change it to a short size and fix the price. I am not sure what the confusion was but why up charge me for a larger size than what I'm getting. As I'm walking out she said I had an attitude.

Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all. Especially for babies no baby changing table. They said it was because of the homeless in the area.

Very immature staff. The guy at the window was giggling with his female coworkers and handed me a cup of coffee with so much cream the coffee turned white. I could have brushed it off as a mistake but the giggling felt like it was probably some prank to make the girls he works with laugh. I'd avoid this place.
