“Staff was friendly and professional with catering order. Picked up 14 sandwhich lunch boxes (7 BLTs and 7 Turkey with a bag of Lays Potato Chips and a chocolate chip cookie in each box) for donation to volunteer organization early Saturday. Ordering over phone direcrly with store is easy and costs less tham online order.Recommend buying water cases from local grocery store instead of from Subway directly.“
“Been craving for weeks, just had left a interaction that was less then desired an need a pick me up so time satisfy that craving. Store was ghost town minus theater staff an that always give a weird vibe. Service was great, sadly wrong sauce on it, which I caught b4 it was to late. She did the best she could to fix it as I don't think it should b totally tossed. It still was delicious an Thanks for putting up with my jabber jaw that was a distraction cause for the sauce mix up. Still have my craving tho so I'll b back soon an hopefully get my dream sub“
“If i could give 100 stars i could. Ofc the food was good but the service was EXCEPTIONAL. Ive been to extremely fancy restaurants and never once in my life have i had such AMAZING SERVICE. Lilly was my cashier and she was so welcoming and friendly. She asked me how my day was going and remembered when i went back later to ask her name specifically so i could mention her in this review. And i didnt even have any money to tip her! She brightened my day and shes the sole reason I will be back. Whoever is managing this place GIVE HER A RAISE IMMEDIATELY!!!“
“I go here often bc it is conveniently close to several places my family frequents. They follow instructions perfectly on take out orders and they hustle. I really like going here. I have a big family and these guys can handle our business. Some other locations act as if we are an inconvenience even though we are providing a lot of business. (Our favorite is the spicy Italian which is no longer on the menu but they still make it).“

“I stopped in this morning for my lunch break to pick up my order! Service was fast! Food was delicious and the lady who helped me was super sweet and so friendly! Definitely will be coming back to this location
Dietary restrictions: If you’re on a diet restriction there’s plenty of options for you, such as if you can have bread they’ve got salads even gluten free wraps! Must come in and try soo yummy
Parking: It’s a busy complex during the busy hours of the day but they’re so much parking in the lot!
Kid-friendliness: Altho they don’t have arcade games, they’re a friendly environment for kiddos to be in! Everyone at this location is super sweet!
Wheelchair accessibility: For my friends and family who have a hard time walking and or in a wheelchair this location is right in front of the ramp! It’s a straight shot in the door with plenty of accessible tables for you to sit at“
“1st time visit since new mgr., Jocelyn. Struck by major clean-up, so commented to her. She's efficient at multi-tasking, making me a great Club sandwich while prepping more bread to bake. She said she's focused on improving the appearance, still a work in progress. I'll be back.“
“This was the best subway I have ever been to. Subway is one of my go to favorites for quick , healthy affordable meals. The manager, Tara, gave excellent customer service and she was fast and so fast... And efficient and still friendly when there was a line!“
“Wow, she gets my sammich AMAZING every time I visit. Best subway around other than the DRY, super DRY tuna. No coupons accepted, and the tuna is DRY, LIKE REALLY REALLY DRY. It's consistently DRY no matter what day of the week or time. Being that this place changes staff kind of regularly, but the dryness of the TUNA stays consistent, I would absolutely point fingers at a penny pinching owner.“
“Came in for lunch and all the employees were very nice and efficient, accurately busting out a long line of customers very quickly. Management definitely did a good job hiring people who have great attention to detail and excellent personalities.
Ordered a cheesesteak combo on white bread w/white american and it was very tasty - they melted the cheese just right!

“I love this subway it’s nice and updated. Quality of the food and the service all 5 stars. The employees are always welcoming. There is one thing I’d like to offer some constructive feedback on. I came in tonight 6/18 at 7 and I felt awful seeing only one person in there working when it’s during dinner rush. I didn’t catch his name but he did a great job! He apologized for the wait because there definitely was a wait. It’s not his fault they were busy but I used to work at Subway myself in Portland and at my old store my teammate wouldn’t usually get off til 8. Maybe there should be two employees at least until dinner is over. I know Subway isn’t really a popular dinner spot, but dinner rush is usually 5:30-7:30. With all due respect that would result in a lot more happy customers. Thank you!“
“The food i got was very good and nicely made. However management needs to hire more people at this location. It is not fair to the one employee working to make 20 sandwiches by themselves when it is very busy inside. There was another worker who came out from the back but he stood outside on his phone and did not help the girl working at all. I felt very bad for her, she was extremely nice and had wonderful customer service despite seeming stressed.“
“The counter where the food choices are was very clean all the choices were full it was very pleasing to the eye and everything looked delicious! There was a good variety of meats & toppings to choose from and even some new items. The staff was kind and courteous! The store looked great I was really impressed and my sandwich was delicious 🤤 I was there around 3:10pm to beat the dinner rush. I highly recommend this subway on Front Street in Evanston WY! 5 stars!“
“I've been going to the Subway in the Safeway parking lot off 162nd for the last few years and have been disappointed every single time, honestly I don't know why I keep going back. I finally drove the extra 2 minutes to this store a few weeks ago and was blown away by the FANTASTIC quality of the sandwiches and the crew at the store.
Must be a fluke, right? Just a good day?
I've been back several times since then and have had the same amazing experience every time, I've finally been able to convince my wife to eat subway again!
Not sure if it's a matter of a different franchise or if this store is owner/operater, but there is a night and day difference between the crew and product quality at this location and most of the others in Vancouver.
