This subway is built into the entrance of Walmart. Usually the gate is closed with a foot wide gap and the lights off. Most people assume it is not open. They do not use the seating and dining area and if you didn't know better you would think it was abandoned or closed. Talking with Walmart employees I find out that this is normal and despite the way it looks, it is supposed to be open.On occasion you will see someone working there openly. I have ordered there on several occasions with a variety of results. On one occasion I tried to give my order and the clerk suddenly sits down on the floor and says she can't do this. Another person comes out of the back and has to take her to the back room to calm down as she has anxiety or something.Another time I get a young man trying very hard but it doesn't look as if he is fully trained. He informs me he doesn't have paper to wrap the sandwiches as well as a variety of other supplies he was out of as well. He tried to call and notify someone but got no response.The persons manning this store change constantly but almost always declare they are new and all seem to be less than fully trained.I stopped coming here after the last set of sandwiches (all 6 of them that I ordered) had a single wafer thin piece of meat on the bottom. They probably used 3 pieces in the whole sandwich. Same with the cheese, but they were generous with the lettuce and really sad looking tomatoes. The veggies never look fresh here. They are often out of things as well.I am surprised they haven't closed this location a long time ago. They can't be getting much business with the gate shut (but unlocked) and the lights low all the time. The service is bad, the food quality poor and they are definitely shorting people on things like meat. It is an expensive lettuce and tomato sandwich with a slight meat and cheese flavoring you can almost taste.Don't come here expecting a normal subway.

new guy, acted like it was a chore to make my sandwich, literally scoffed everytime i wanted something added used to be my favorite now ill never go back 8/1/23 at about 7:30 pm, everyone else their has always been fantastic but this new dude is literally the most awful experience ive ever had in a subway.

Everytime I place a mobile order it has to get canceled and I have to wait 3 days for my refund through the bank.
Ordered a no bread bowl. Where they do sandwich meats. When doordash delivered. It weighed about 8-9oz. My local down the street weighed close to 32oz. I ordered a deluxe not a side salad meant to serve an anorexic human. Paid a total of $21 with tip.I am adding a photo. Looks bigger but that deph is only a 1.5 inches deep and that pepperoni sticking upward.Let me reiterate I order this from down the street I can barely fit a lid on it. I order it here I could fit at least three more portions of space in.I will inform everyone to not buy from this Subway.

I put in an order on the app that said to be ready at 6:15, this location doesn't close until 9 pm but the gate was closed and lights off with no explanation whatsoever. Why does it say you're closed at 9pm when you close by 6pm? At least put up a sign or update it on the app so we can't order from a closed location.
If you've ever wanted to wait in line for 30 minutes for someone to make a sandwich then you will love this place
Whoever was the manager this afternoon needs to learn how to communicate with her employees.. ESPECIALLY IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. The young man working there deserves a raise for dealing with her.
Employees don’t even wear masks but they make sure to ask all customers to put them on. Makes a lot of sense. They will actually kick you out if you don’t have a mask while they don’t have their masks on. Go figure lol
