Wait 25 min in line, just for them to bag the wrong sandwich. Couple days before this, the person helping messed up the sandwich 3 times, just blatantly not listening

1pm on a Monday and they are closed with no sign the employee just waved at me while there wasn't an employee sitting in the lobby?? They should shut this place down this store us never running properly.

Stood there while the worker continued to slice meat and ignore me. Then proceeded to turn off the alarm on the oven which was right in front of me and continued to ignore me standing there. Hours posted showed they were open. We made eye contact multiple times through me standing there while they continued to organize meat in trays. Don't waste your time like I did.

I had to wait so long that I went and shopped came back and was still waiting. When the guy finally came back he didn't wash his hands but at least was wearing gloves.He made my sandwich where I had to hold it like a hotdog. The vegetable were old and not even cut well. Worker throw vegetables on top of each other and didn't even try to separate them.
Ended up getting chunks of onion since it wasn't cut. I didn't want to complain so I left and while eating I noticed the worker soak it in dressing and I had soaked bread and a salad at my feet. The meat was going bad and ended up throwing up my food. I will not be eating at that subway until they find staff that actually cares about the food and not the tips.

I’ve eaten here a few times now when I’m running errands. The strong built tall young man and short older lady have my heart. ?. They are professional, polite, and a pleasure to see when I decide to eat here.

We went to the store within walmart with a coupon we had received from our weekly mail. We SPECIFICALLY asked before the order was started that if this coupon will work at this location. The lady worker said, "Yes, we take coupons." My husband proceeded to have 3 footlongs to be made. And we made sure to read the fine print and not order the ones that were excluded. the employee proceeded to make the sandwiches and had the older employee start to check out and they looked at us and didn't even attempt to scan the coupon, and they said "sorry they don't take coupons." My husband said," I'm sorry, what? I asked before we started the sandwiches if you took these, " and the lady employee said "sorry we don't." It was like she just chose not to take them. My husband said, " ok, well, this isn't our normal subway we go to, I'll take the coupon back, and we will go else where, I politely asked before the transaction.. The lady threw the coupon across the counter and said we had to pay for the sandwiches, and my husband said, " I'm not paying 3x the amount, especially when I specifically asked before the transaction" and as we were walking out of the employee was aggressive and said " how rude" and my husband turned around and said "excuse me? that it was completely uncalled for, and that it wasn't necessary to say that and that she had terrible customer service skills." We asked for a manager. the employee shrugged and said no it's just us. we asked what the managers name was, and she said she didn't know. So we knew at that point we wouldn't get anywhere.
we will be contacting corporate Subway to file a complaint.

It's written store open at 8am. We placed online pick up, was told will be ready at 8.30am. The store cage isn't opened yet, nobody can be seen at the time. Waited until 8.40am, wanted to cancel the order, but its impossible.Called 8 times since 8.40, finally answered at 9.16 and said the food is ready.This business has the worst worker and customer service.

Says open at 8, let me order online at 8:15. The app said it would be ready at 8:30. Arrive at 8:30 and the bread isn't even started being cooked

I payed for double protein on my blt and they gave me 6 pieces of bacon…. Im glad I payed more money to not even have enough bacon as a regular blt…

Google says they open at 8 am, I changed my route, and waited until 810 am to be told they don't open until 10am.
