Authentic Szechuan cuisine. Recently found this restaurant while staying in Vancouver, WA. Surprisingly it was so great cooking, somehow much better than crossing river to find one in Portland, Oregon. The service was also the best -- the owner sincerely and carefully cooked congee (rice soup) as requested even though it was not on the menu.

Very clean dining area, staff incredibly helpful and friendly, and readily available for everything. The food itself is some of the best Chinese cuisine I’ve ever had. One of my favorite spots in Vancouver now.
