Ordered in advance. I was the only one in line and had to wait 10 minutes. I finally honked and they said that they were making mobile orders first “sorry”. I paid extra for customized food and got none of it. Extra money spent and did not get it. What is the point of ordering in advance and paying extra for literally nothing? Also… they no longer give you receipts. This is ridiculous.

It's Taco Bell so the food is fine I get what I expect from Taco Bell nothing fancy but they are woefully understaffed the last time I was in line it took 20 minutes to get my food and all I ordered was four burritos

This is the slowest Taco Bell in the entire state of Washington. The line at the drive-thru is all the way out to the street, I've been sitting here for 15 minutes and we've moved one car so far. I will never come back to this location ever. If I hadn't have used your stupid app and already paid for my stupid food I would leave. In fact, if we don't get moving I might just dispute the charge on my credit card and leave. Anyway. Never come here again, never

There’s really nothing wrong with the food or the quality of food or the employees. It’s that if there is even ONE vehicle in front of you in the drive thru, I am telling you in honesty, just turn you car off. It’s going to be a long wait and there is no need to burn all that gas.
This location does not in any sense deliver “fast” food. Expect to wait a sit down restaurant amount of time before getting your food handed to you. Again, I have no problems with any staff or menu item and I understand that a “sense of urgency” cannot be taught. Don’t expect to make a “quick run to Taco Bell” at this specific location.

Where’s the taco beef? My taco had hardly any beef and they forgot any mild sauce in my bean and cheese burrito. Didn’t ask for any sauces thru the drive thru. Just sucked.

This location is hit or miss which is to be expected. My visit tonight though was one of the worst. I don't even have that high expectations but when I walked in to pick up my online order I saw it sitting on the counter by the register but noone was there so I waited. It looked like only two people were working in the back and the one closest to me gave me obvious dirty looks. I figured she was to busy to help me and was patiently waiting so I'm not sure the reason for the rude looks. She finished making someone's order and walked to the register and reached her arm out to the people waiting behind me in a way that forced me to move over instead of saying excuse me. Then she shot be another rude look didn't say someone will be with you in a moment or anything. I get working a low wage job might not always be the best but I've been there and I have never treated a customer with such disrespect especially for absolutely no reason. Eventually a guy did show up and was friendly and handed me my food. Food was alright at first but I found in the crunch wrap a scraggly dark hair in it that made me lose my appetite so I threw the rest away 🤮
