Order was incomplete with missing items and some items were wrong. Called and talked to the "shift mamager" and he was rude and could care less with a bad attitude. Instead of telling us how he's gonna take care of us to make things right he instead asked us "what do you want me to do about it" when I asked him if he would deliver it he laughed and had a pissy attitude. I understand this is taco bell but damn taco bell. Hire people who care about their customers. BRUCE BAXTER was terrible and shouldn't be a manager with an attitude like that.

Waited 30 min for cold food. Was told they are unable to give refund. They threatened to call the cops on me because I wouldn't leave until they gave me a refund. What a joke
No hot sauce even though there are six on the receipt.

Better double check your orders, 50/50 chance you’ll be missing some items. But wait, it gets better, if you DO get all your items there’s also another 50/50 chance the food is cold and was made by a toddler. They just can’t seem to get it right here.

I tried them again. 12 Toca supreme and one burrito. $40 Dallors later. And they taste like crap. They were tossed together. They suck suck suck. It will be a long time before I go there.
There was lettuce in a bean burrito. They couldn’t figure out how to make a stacker. They gave me quesadilla folded in half.

Super slow service (30+ minutes for a single combo), employees bickering and fighting, no one knows what’s going on, I’ll drive an additional 10-15 minutes to go somewhere else.
The place is pretty clean and the staff is nice. Compared to the rest, Taco Bell is one of the best.

I recently ordered two $7 cravings boxes from Taco Bell, and due to a food allergy, I requested no tomatoes. Unfortunately, when I got home, I found tomatoes on the food, which I couldn't eat. Later that evening, I drove back to Taco Bell and explained the situation at the drive-thru. That's when I met Gabby, and she went above and beyond to make things right!
Without any hesitation, Gabby replaced my entire order free of charge. On top of that, when I asked if I could order a side of beef for my dog, she kindly said she'd take care of it. Even though the side of beef didn’t make it into my bag, I was finally able to eat something after missing lunch earlier due to my allergy.
Gabby’s kindness and professionalism really stood out, and I truly believe she deserves extra recognition—whether that’s some time off, a raise, a promotion, or maybe even her own store. Taco Bell, you've got an absolute rock star on your team!

Taco Bell tried to send me to the hospital. Ordered a chalupa with no tomatoes. Instead of making it again they tried to scrape them off and add more cheese. I heard the guy behind the counter tell the girl to do it that way. I asked the manager to make it correct. Won't be back.

They have really improved the service over the last couple of months. I get takeout from this location about once a week and have not had any issues with my food or the service since before summer break. I know a lot of reviews on here are poor, but I'd encourage you to give them another chance. Management, if you see this, keep it up! And put a little more sugar on those cinnamon twists please!
