Food is always great here, and it has some really good employees but Chris is pretentious and condescending. Can’t speak for the teenagers that work their but as someone who would consider himself a Semi-regular I can say I do not care for his attitude.

Don’t go here late at night it’s the worst absolute slowest crew working. Every night after 11pm you will wait in drive thru for a minimum of 30 minutes for a taco.. and that’s the very low end I’m sitting here in like with 6 cars ahead of me for the last 20 already. It’s at a complete stand still and happens EVERY night.

Update - after 45 minutes I have my food. This is my last time eating fast food. This is so absurd.

Horrible management. Waited 45 minutes in the lobby for a single large Baja blast just for it to be sparkling water, every drink, behind the counter, in the lobby, all of it. The workers were so nice and professional, they are visible working hard to keep up. I blame management, maybe corporate.

Ordered in advance. I was the only one in line and had to wait 10 minutes. I finally honked and they said that they were making mobile orders first “sorry”. I paid extra for customized food and got none of it. Extra money spent and did not get it. What is the point of ordering in advance and paying extra for literally nothing? Also… they no longer give you receipts. This is ridiculous.

It's Taco Bell so the food is fine I get what I expect from Taco Bell nothing fancy but they are woefully understaffed the last time I was in line it took 20 minutes to get my food and all I ordered was four burritos

This is the slowest Taco Bell in the entire state of Washington. The line at the drive-thru is all the way out to the street, I've been sitting here for 15 minutes and we've moved one car so far. I will never come back to this location ever. If I hadn't have used your stupid app and already paid for my stupid food I would leave. In fact, if we don't get moving I might just dispute the charge on my credit card and leave. Anyway. Never come here again, never
