We love that Taco Spaceship offers vegan options. I don't know what they do, but the Cauliflower tacos (they've had several different versions) blow our minds! The folks that work here are nice and accommodating, usually staffed by one person. The bewpub takes your order, and then the food arrives, and you are good to go! We've never had a bad experience.Vegetarian options: There are clearly marked vegan options.Dietary restrictions: Excellent vegan options.
Amazing cold pork taco...that spicy mayo, sweet asian pickle and cool sliced cucumber work so well together. Totally refreshing in this hot August weather.The cold caesar chicken salad taco was equally as refreshing.Paired in a taco combo meal with organic corn tortilla chips and a choice of 3 different salsas made from scratch daily?! Perfection.I chose the fresh verde salsa this time. Fortside's brewery owned Taco Spaceship kitchen has my business.(The beers are delicious too)

If you can get past the sticker shock of $5 a pop, you’ll be pleasantly surprised and happy with some pretty damn delicious tacos. The shells hold their shape and are both pliable and crispy at the same time, while the ingredients are amazingly flavorful.
