Thatchers is one of my favorite coffee spots in Vancouver! Great coffee, all their bakery items are made fresh in-house, not to mention a variety of GF options. I appreciate the amount of seating and indoor/outdoor options when the weather is nice.
WONDERFUL coffee place with super friendly staff, great coffee and smoothie, and a beautiful location to enjoy and rest or work. Nothing felt rushed and the vibe is very relaxed. In addition to a perfect shot-in-the-dark, I took a chance on the beet-blueberry smoothie (made with almond butter and almond milk) and I am SO glad I did. The flavors all worked together so perfectly. Hightly recommend this place!!
Thatcher’s was pretty awesome. My drip coffee was really, really good. The service was the BEST! Such nice people. The vibe in the building was really nice too. A big building, lots of seats, kind of an industrial feel with all the heating / vents up in the high ceilings. The outdoor seating area is massive! The biggest I’ve seen anywhere. A cool spot. But there are some caveats: it was really cold first thing in the morning, the music was too loud, and the coffee was a little...
