The Cove offers exquisite food in a gorgeous setting on the river. The atmosphere is relaxed, not stuffy, and seating is available in the dining room and on the outdoor patio. The cocktails were fantastic, and I highly recommend the wild prawn ravioli. This dish was incredible, not overly rich, and chock full of juicy grilled shrimp. I can’t wait to go back!
The server wasn’t in the best state (I think it was just an isolated case), but the manager was excellent and handled everything very well. The food was definitely worth recommending.
I can't remember what our waitress' name was, but she was hilarious and gave us the inside scoop on drinks (I got a prima donna and I loved it). Loved the calamari, the focaccia was kind of cold (wish they would warm it up a bit prior to serving so it's not stiff). The fish and chips was great. The place is a bit out of the way but worth it for the view. Be prepared to spend a pretty penny tho, they are schmancy.
