Updating my 5 star review to 3 stars.

I hate to write this review, but it needs to be said: new flow is terrible and confusing. It’s sad to see that when people point this out in the comments, the response is often dismissive of it. I highly recommend someone on staff to try sitting outside the restaurant and watching your customers try to order. In 10 minutes every time we are there, this is what I observe:

I was really impressed by the simple menu, quick service, and friendly cashier. The food tasted fantastic, and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m downtown.

The atmosphere inside is lush and full of greenery, making it feel very refreshing.

The bowls are fine. The ordering and pick up workflow is terrible. There are no options to order in the restaurant. Between online, kiosk and window orders, it is a confusing mess to know when and where to pick up your order.
