What happened to Spaghetti Factory? I haven't been since living in San Diego but I never thought it could ever get this bad. I was astonished when we arrived due to the lack of customers on a Saturday at 645pm but I fully can understand why. The start - friendly host, seated immediately. Our server approached a few minutes later. She (Lilianna) took our drink order and asked the usual Q's (Apps, Bar drinks). We ordered waters. 13 minutes later, our waters arrive. I felt...

Courteous and respectable staffing, well lighted areas and plenty of seating, delicious food itens to choose from, fair pricing on the menu, plenty of walk space, park in available including disabled parking.

Lovely restaurant. The food is amazing. The atmosphere is very cool even with a caboose in the middle that has booths and tables you can eat in. Ask for JR for your waiter. He was the best. Very personable and helpful and was prompt to attend to what we needed.
