We had a fantastic experience here. The atmosphere is fun and the service was wonderful. The Italian food was divine! We really enjoyed the Alfredo, the Caesar salad, and the Chicken Piccata.

This is the first time we've been as a whole family, to Old Spaghetti Factory. I've only been one other time (at a different location). We were told it could be a 20-25 minute wait. It was maybe, 5 minutes. The food was fantastic! Our waiter JR was SUPERB!! Our kids even asked if we could request him next time we came in. Our bellies are full and we had a great time.

This review is a month overdue. On a Friday night in March I ordered two entrees via DoorDash. When my order was delivered I only received the cold items; salad, dressing and ice cream. I called the driver and asked if he had the rest of my order. He was very confused and I understand there was a language barrier but he seemed intoxicated. I asked which Spaghetti Factory he picked up from and after mumbling and slurring, I sent him a text. He then me a map of Vancouver. This...
