Absolutely the BEST Philly fries I have ever had. Service is awesome too! Love this cart!
I have eaten at The Philly Cart multiple times! My food is routinely delicious and the staff is friendly and fun! I love the new location, it’s right on my way home from work! I definitely recommend giving it a try!
