My husband, dog Whisky, and I love walking here and enjoying a delicious beer on their covered year round patio. They have a good selection of beer as they aren’t all IPAs. Heather and everyone is very friendly and helpful with suggestions. We enjoy being able to order food from one of their food trucks or bringing our own from another local restaurant. We have also enjoyed watching a Timbers game with the army inside.
I was excited to visit because I've tried Trapdoor's IPAs in Seattle and they're delicious. Sarah was a wonderful bartender who gave me a perfect recommendation. There are a few permanent food trucks outside, and they're in the middle of town so it's easy to find a snack nearby. Not too loud inside, and plenty of seating options so that you can choose whether or not you want to watch the game.
Trap Door Brewing is hands down one of the best spots in Uptown Village. Our chess club meets there every Tuesday night, and it has become the perfect home base for great games and even better company.
The atmosphere is always welcoming. It is a fantastic mix of regulars and new faces who appreciate solid craft beer and good conversation. The beer selection is deep and consistently excellent, with something for every palate.
