It was definitely less than I hoped for. Food was average with expensive prices. Raw oysters do not need any help as they are perfect by themselves. At least state it in the menu that the cook is going to add some items that you might want to know about. The main course, a fish, was overcooked. However the dessert was great!
We had our anniversary dinner at Elements this week and it was an exceptional meal! I rarely give a 5 star but this was absolutely a 5 star experience. The food, wine, and service were all perfect. I had the beef shoulder and it was tender and flavorful. My husband had the halibut and it was cooked just right. For desert we had the carrot cake with carrot ice cream and it was the perfect ending. I love the ambiance of Elements. The tables are beautiful and spaced far enough apart...
My wife and I had an excellent experience at Elements on our anniversary. Our reservation details were met above our expectations. Our food was delicious. There was a snafu with our order but they went above and beyond to make it right. And I got to try a Vancouver bourbon, Quartz Mountain Sherry Finished. The service was also superb. It is an overall great dining experience.
