My wife and I had an excellent experience at Elements on our anniversary. Our reservation details were met above our expectations. Our food was delicious. There was a snafu with our order but they went above and beyond to make it right. And I got to try a Vancouver bourbon, Quartz Mountain Sherry Finished. The service was also superb. It is an overall great dining experience.

We took my daughter there for her birthday. And let me tell you, I have food issues (so many things I can't eat). The chef basically told the waiter he'll make me something great. And he sure did. The three of us were stuffed. Everything was perfect, full of flavor, the service was impeccable.

We're looking forward to going back for the next special occassion!

This place is absolutely amazing!!! I took my boyfriend there for his birthday. We had the four course menu. (Don't quote me on everything)
1. Oysters w/blood orange vinaigrette/seaweed/caviar.
2. Pan seared Cod w/beet risotto! Carrot puree/ white & red beets/ sauteed mushrooms.
3. Med. Cocoa crusted pan seared steak w/goat cheese fondue! Fingerling potatoes/caramelized onions.
