This is the best Wingstop I’ve ever eaten in my life, this may be the best tenders I’ve ever ate in my life! It was crunchy, juicy, & hit the spot like never before! I would 100% recommend to everyone I know,

Called to place an order for 20 wings and 11 tenders. The male worker who answers the phone is rude and does not know how to talk to customers. For instance, he was not friendly and sounded like something was bothering him. When he answered, he immediately mentioned that he was “going to get somebody to help me” and then placed me on hold for over five minutes. When an employee answers the phone, isn’t it their job to help the customer? He almost sounded like he didn’t even work there. After five minutes of waiting on hold, I hung up and placed an online order because my kids were hungry and all the other places were closed. I came in to pick up my order. It was the same rude kid that answered the phone who is at the front counter. He never greeted me or any other other customers who came in. Never once did he even smile. He gave all the other three customers who walked in the same disconnected treatment. As I glanced to the back of house and there was a bunch of kids working back there, one of them was wearing a wig with a hat on. Some of the kids were wearing gloves and some were not even though all of them were handling food. The bigger kid that was wearing the wig with a hat was wearing gloves, but also touching the walls as he was leaning against it while chatting with the group in the back and then proceeded to handle food so it didn’t really matter if he was wearing gloves or not things were still being contaminated. Being in the customer service industry for over 30 years with many colleagues in the public health department, I can tell there was no Manager on site. The young gentleman handed me my $100+ Order without even a thank you. I checked my bag and they did not provide any napkins and gentleman who was handling the front of house smugly said they didn’t have any and pointed to a roll of paper towels next to the soda fountain. An experienced manager on site at all times and retraining everyone on customer service and hygiene would be a positive step in the right direction.

I have never visited this location at night and had a good experience with the customer service, speed of service, or the quality of food. Things are usually wrong or missing, and the crew is very unprofessional. I’ve always had a positive experience going earlier in the day, but in the past few days even the morning service has been slacking. Not sure what’s changed but that could probably be addressed.

It has terrible service, they make you wait a long time, the cashier leaves you waiting while she does her own things and I'm not even sorry, they really tell you that I don't recommend this place, I won't come again, next time I'll go to buffalowings instead, which has better service and a better atmosphere.

Good service. I only been here twice in a 5 year gap and I had no issues, my order actually took less than the expected time. I certainly don’t find anything wrong with Wingstop.

Ordered online and took a long time to get. The food is decent, always loved the wings the only thing is that my fries were undercooked and whenever I gets soda every single time it’s not fresh, it’s stale. They never clean it and I always have to get something else other than soda because it doesn’t taste good. Otherwise is a okay place

Update: after months it’s Honeslty gone downhill. Whenever I uber eats from this location this wingstop always manages to mess up the order. I constantly have to contact Uber eats support to help get a refund or something in some type of way because there is always something wrong with the order. I understand it happening maybe once or twice but this happens constantly. This location in particular is just not good.

They never have the food ready on time. There will be nobody in the restaurant, nobody in line, nothing, and they will still need 20 minutes before STARTING the order.
Btw the food comes in frozen. They aren't even fresh wings.

I waited for an hour and a half only to be told that my food was ready but out of the 6 or 7 people working only one is qualified to use the cash register so I would have to wait another 20 minutes until she returned from her break. I just left and didn't come back. This is easily the absolute worst restaurant there is. Of any kind of food.

Hello I've used your company for a more than a few years now and the majority of the time I have issues with my order being made wrong made, as well as not to standards that they show your food should be made to, along with constantly having to come and get my food remade or come back another day to have them remake it again which is a huge inconvenience for someone who doesn't live close to the location at all. So when I came in on October 12th for an order and it was again messes up because they forgot half of my food my food was soggy and disgusting so at this point I just wanted a refund because i'm tired of dealing with this company and not getting my food made correctly and constantly having to go back and forth. I called that very night as soon as I got home and saw how nasty my food was and to see they forgot half of my order yet again. Called to speak with a manager about wanting a refund at this point I am done going to Wingstop and I wanted my refund so I can just be completely done dealing with this company. I was told the manager in the morning will do my refund. The next morning I called to make sure the manager knew I was needing a refund he had me text him a picture of my receipt and told me he will get my refund taken care of it would take about 2 to 3 days I waited 5 days no refund called the location again spoke to manager Dakota told me he will get it refunded it'll take 7 to 10 days I waited 12 or 13 days still no refund called again said that he would have it pushed through still no refund called again and I have all these times and dates if you need of me calling this location to get my refund. Spoke to him again said he was going to push the refund through from his general manager briana and I will definitely be getting my refund it's been a month and a half now still no refund, waited still no refund called again recently just today and was told that he texted his manager and he has text proof that they are not refunding my order and the charge didn't even come out. But on my bank statement which I have proof shows that it did come out on the 12th of october, he told me they are not refunding my order and I need to file a dispute with my BANK in order to get my money back. He then hung up on me. I called back to tell him hanging up on customers is how he treats people and i will definitely be contacting corporate to let them know and he should not be working there anymore, he said you guys will not do anything to him about it. Which I can see happening as the patterns I've experienced with this company continue to grow. HUGE F you to a customer who has been MORE than patient for a VERY long time with orders CONSTANTLY being messed up having to be remade having to drive back and forth across town to get the correct order second or third time because they have definitely messed up my remakes more than once as well, at this point I have nothing good to say about Wingstop and how they care for their customers and how they produce their food. So at this point I would more than expect somebody to reach out to me to clear up this huge mess that has been brought on by their management team Dakota and Brianna at the chkalov location in Vancouver Washington. The refund is a whole $25.08. But if he feels like it's better to file a fraud dispute with the bank over your company rather than submitting my refund like I have been told for two months now that WAS ALREADY SUBMITTED, I suggest you fire them and hire people who care about the company they work for as well as the customers they service. This company is going down hill FAST and a major part of that is due to poor management decisions equalling to very low customer satisfaction.I have plenty of other interactions with this company I could have written to you about a long time ago but I had not as I see how things are taken or rather NOT taken care of. Definitely the last straw with this company. Please do more than better, sincerely someone who will never recommend this company to anyone else. Going back to Buffa

Horrible, horrible, horrible. I have no words. Made an online order of 30 wings, said estimated wait time was 45 min. Decided that it was way too long of a wait since it was already 8:00pm. Called this location to ask if it would be done quicker than what online says, younger lady picked up the phone and said it's going to take AN HOUR for our order.. asked her why she's telling us longer than what online says, she said "because there's only three people working...." with extreme attitude. Was being so rude over the phone. We asked to cancel the order and we just hear her yell in the background "Cancel the order!", extremely unprofessional. I then asked for a receipt or some sort of confirmation of the order being canceled and she said
"that's not how it works".???? Um?? We can't get a receipt for a $50 order?? How does that make sense? We then went inside to see if we can talk to someone else that was willing to help. We waited 20 minutes at the front with not a single employee coming to the front to ask us if we needed any help with anything. They kept looking and no one did a single thing... no one cared!! We ended up leaving and decided to come back when there's a manager to talk to. All we wanted was a receipt..... NEVER EVER PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM WINGSTOP EVER AGAIN.
GO TO BUFFALO.

Update: it’s been a month, still didn’t get a refund on our order that we cancelled…… didn’t get the food and didn’t get our money back.
