Food and wine were excellent!
Since it is a self service restaurant, it's up to you how happy you are with ordering at the counter, but we had a wonderful evening.

Alright. I have been hesitating to write this review, selfishly. I have eaten all over northern Italy, France, US etc.

This is better than any food in West Seattle /Seattle. Period.

The ambiance is cozy and non-pretentious, the staff is kind and welcoming. EVERY dish was on point. The shishito peppers (usually prepared super charred but this was the perfect texture) The truffle arancini balls (OMG..), the Quinoa kale mushroom salad ( Um. Wow. ) The Rockfish (Cooked perfectly and the texture of the batter was so light and airy. This is something really hard to pull off. ) By the time my husband and I tried the sticky toffee pudding ( Ridiculous) I started laughing because I knew that was it.... Once more people find out about this place we will have to be prepared for waits-- P.S well worth it. Nice job. Can't wait to try more. Compliments to the Chef and Team. Touche', Ramble.

Very delightful experience. I like that you order and pay at the front bar. We over ordered (Yay leftovers!). Elote, fried potatoes, mushroom toast were on point, roasted carrots needed 5 more minutes. Our mains; Roasted chicken and Zucchini risotto were delicious - the pan sauce for the chicken is chefs kiss. Ended our gluttony with sticky toffee pudding - the touch of crunchy salt and sour cream whip equaled perfection. Total gem!

Casual atmosphere. Sophisticated flavors. The rich, creamy risotto with prawns was delicious. The roasted half chicken was succulent. The sticky toffee pudding was moist, rich, and flavorful without an overpowering sweetness. Excellent beer and wine selection.

The Bramble restaurant has very high-end flavors in a very relaxed environment. The meals are on point. The chef has gourmet experience and spent a lot of recent time in Europe getting ideas. Every time I visit, I have to ask the staff to let the chef know once again what an excellent dish it was. What I like is that the dishes is very and I’m a local on Vashon that is really nice. The dishes are based on what is in season on Vashon, which is also super fun.

There are very few restaurants in the Puget Sound area that can match the quality of food at Ramble. We love the vegetarian options and the deserts.

Vashon's most upscale dining experience--remember, this is Vashon, so not at all snooty or pretentious, just excellent. Great food, great service, wonderful ambiance. The duck leg confit is to die for!

Vashon is blessed with another great option for relaxed quality cuisine! Reborn from the former 'Bramble House', Ramble has a nice selection of starters, salads tasting plates and entrees. Don't be fooled by the unassuming residential building! Inside you'll find a cozy comfortable dining experience with small tables and a view right into kitchen!

We enjoyed a wonderful Friday evening in the nearly full remodeled dining area. Currently the service is sorting out the hybrid express model of ordering at the counter, with table service plating the selections family style on vintage-thrifted fine china.

The truffle bread or the clams are great starters! Followed by beef cheeks in risotto, roasted chicken on a bed of brussel sprouts bathed in broth and an amazing pork milanase! Planning to come back in the summer to dine on the backyard patio!

Bravo!
