We were visiting the Vashin Island for the first time. Great little place for a quick dinner. A little bit expensive for meatballs, salad, and a beer, but food, service, and atmosphere was good.
What else are you supposed to do on a rainy cold day? Board games pizza and fire, no dishes or food prep! Thank you Rock Island! The gooeyest yummy cheesy sticks and heartiest salad with homemade dressing. ❤️
Looks like a bit of a dive, though they may be remodeling. We got lasagna and side salad. Side salad has more cheese, bacon, olives, croutons etc than lettuce. My mom's dream. I like more lettuce on my salads and tomato, but A for effort. Tasted a little like a muffleltta sandwich. We got the lasagna. It was big enough for 2 or 3 people, flavors were great- a pleasant surprise. Pepperoni boy was very happy with his pizza. The Magpie lacked flavor. Not much garlic, good...
