“We ordered a double scoop and two single scoops late Friday night. We received confirmation that the ice cream was delivered but the photo was black and our ice cream was nowhere to be found. We had our hearts set, so we reordered the same flavors and waited again. This time, we received notice that the ice cream was on the way... which is still what the status showed the next morning. I responded to the order confirmation email letting the store know what had happened. Less than 2 hours later I had an email response explaining their side (this was not their fault, it was something on the delivery side). The email included that they were refunding us for both orders AND they still wanted to make sure we got our ice cream. Rachel personally delivered our ice cream (plus extras) today. The customer service at Pine Cone is absolutely stellar, and their ice cream is even better. ;) If you haven't yet, give Pine Cone a try, you won't regret it!“
