This is The WORST location. I called to see if they were open... Rang until my phone dropped the call ( over 10 rings) called again, still no one picked up. I drove by and they where open and one truck in the lot. This place was acceptable pre-covid. Now it's not bad service, it's none existent. Every one of those people should be fired. Start a new with people who want to work. Laaaaaaaazy jerks.

Easily the worst BK in 24 states. Travel alot as well as a Whopper addict. Unfortunately, the worst BK is only a mile away or so away from home. Excruciatingly slow & rude. Wait in drive thru is up to 9 minutes just to order (with no one in front of us, it's covid so no one inside) normal drive thru wait time to just order is about 5 minutes. That's not waiting in line behind other cars but when get to the order screen. Forget about ordering a milkshake an hr or even 75 min b4 closing. Either they're out of milk or they've JUST cleaned the machine. Forget about ordering a whopper 25 min b4 closing as they're out of meat or they've just turned the grill off.Lastly, the best is if you show any kind of irritation they FORGET to include your receipt. Why? Because each receipt offers up a potential freebie for providing a review. When you ask for the receipt I had one employee say I put it in your bag. When I told her it wasn't in there she said she couldn't print another one. I now drive 8 miles to get my whopper.

Waited over 15 minutes for my food with one car in front of me. Not my first visit and the last one was just as bad.Got to the window and the employee wasn’t wearing a mask or gloves, fingers all over my fries when he was putting them in the bag.Whoever owns this location, you need to fix some things.Btw, really? Exact change?

I rarely write reviews but since this happened multiple times to me and many co workers hopefully this changes things their. First only 1 car ahead of me no other customers waited almost 10 minutes before they allowed the customer to order then I pulled up they immediately just said please wait and that's it after 5 minutes I said hello they said please wait again I finally had it after 8 minutes and drove off this has happened multiple times to me here. The interactions with the bigger lady manager is very unprofessional she talks to you like a robot and doesn't answer questions. I like burger king but will never go back here again.

This is the worst burger king in the nation their employees are LAZY the restaurant is DISGUSTING. And with your order they give you attitude and rudeness. And they are so slow I could walk to China faster.

We used the drive through (dining room was closed.)First our drinks weren't provided before we left the drive through so had to go back in line. Then decided to check the rest of our order and found one of the meals was the absolute wrong meal.So had to get in line again. Finally one of the 10 piece nuggets only had 7 pieces. Totally ridiculous experience, dealt with 3 different employees, all had bad attitudes and we never received a receipt. On our third trip around through the drive up window we noticed the signs saying if your not offered a receipt you get a free whopper were gone as well. Seems this franchise holder doesn't expect you to have a good experience!

Yesterday I went into the restaurant to order a quick order of chicken nuggets. The drive through was backed up so I went inside where the lights were not on and there was only one other patron inside. I waited a few minutes for an employee to take my order which once finally coming she was pleasant albeit her shirt was soaked in sweat. While waiting for what seemed like ten minutes I observed that it was quite hot in the dining area. I was imagining how hot it had to be in the kitchen for the employees. I observed that there was a temporary portable air conditioning unit next to the soda machine that did not work. I watched and listened as the crew were cussing at each-other understandably then they all left the kitchen and I watched as they walked out the back door off the job. After that someone finally came in and put my order in the fryer. That gave me time to find the thermostat reading 88 degrees in the dining area. No open doors, no fan, just stagnant oven like heat. I was sweating just waiting for my order. After receiving my order I went outside and talked to one of the employees that stated they have been working through three heatwaves with no a/c at all because the owner didn't want to spend the money to fix it. My prior visit to this store was similarly disgraceful. I went through the drivethrough and it looked like an abandoned building with trim laying on the ground, no signs of life and a broken non functional order display. I sat wondering if the establishment was out of business until someone answered on a speaker to my surprise. I wasn't able to verify my order visually, just assumed they got it right. After driving away I noticed my burger my Whopper consisted of a patty and mayonnaise only. Too disgusting to eat. While working on the road I didn't have time to go back and have it corrected. The owner of this restaurant should be FIRED! I do not blame the employees for their attitude, it is all on the owner.

Extremely unprofessional. They are never nice to me. In fact I went thru the drive thru last night around 7 pm for a friend (I will never go here for myself again due to your disrespectful team) when I got to the telecom the lady was nice and told me to wait a moment. I sat there and waited for about 3 minutes so I said "hello?" Wondering if something went wrong since there was only 2 cars here other then me. After minute 5 of waiting at the telecom I pulled up. I waited in line for 5-10 minutes after that. I got to the window and I said "hi there, I was waiting at the intercom and I didn't get an answer" and she said "yeah well I told her to wait" and I so I replied with "I figured something went wrong or something because I was sitting there for over 5 minutes." And she replied super rude with "yeah, cause we're obviously busy" and so I said "okay well since I didn't know that do you think I can just order here?" And she said "I don't think so, you can pull back around and wait your f***king turn". I've never been treated like that at a FAST FOOD restaurant. Your team members should be full of gratitude and open mindedness and respect. I approached the situation respectfully and got treated like garbage. She could have told me nicely that it's apart of their policy if that was the case, but she was extremely rude and I won't come back here.

Never again. Rude workers. It’s not my fault you are working there. I simply called to ask why the online ordering wouldn’t work and you have to get attitude and tell me that’s someone else’s responsibility? I literally had to call to ask if you’re open before because you literally never turn the outside lights on. You close early regularly because you are “short staffed.”
