This restaurant has gone up and down during the years. It has been better, but today's experience will have me thing twice before returning. I saw they were offering the Sourdough King and since I like the Sourdough Jack at Jack in the Box I gave it a try. I ordered with no bacon and there was no bacon. When I got home and opened it I saw the bread was not toasted. It was just terrible. I called
Really bad customer service. Too busy talking to each other to get our order right. I had to order twice because she couldn’t get it the first time so she had me start over. When we got to the window, they didn’t greet us because they were busy talking. I had to remind them of what drinks we had because they didn’t know & even then they got them wrong

Food wasn't bad. But $24 for two #1 whoppers meals? Wow. Just too expensive now. And the deals advertised on the app aren't there. You go to place an order and can't even find the deal. Terrible app.
