This location is so erratic. It's never open when it should be. Just stopped by at 6pm on a Tuesday night. Lights were on, cone blocking the drive through, and doors locked. We're done trying.

NEVER go here , rudest service ever . I personally work in the food service industry and the manager was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. I have an allergy and they made my food incorrect then took my sandwich and refused to make me another or give me my money back . As a single mother I can only afford to eat out once a week and Jack in the box completely robbed me for my money leaving me hungry , food less and now broke refusing to make it right . The manager just stood there completely ignoring me while I cried to her about how ild die if I ate the mistake they gave me .

Jack in the box has been one of the better of the fast food burger joints. As with all of them though food is getting smaller, prices are getting higher.

Here comes the rain

Last night (5:48 pm) I stopped the Washougal Jack. A cone was placed in the drive through blocking it off but the "drive through OPEN" was flashing. The dining room looked open, but the doors were locked. I knocked just to see if anyone was there. No answer. As I pulled away a short female with dark hair came from somewhere and headed toward the bathrooms.... WTH. This place is losing money. Either get employees who do what they are being paid to do or shut it down. This isn't the first time.

I am a doordash and GrubHub driver and every single time I get an order for this place, the front doors are locked. No matter what time of day. And sometimes the drive-through is backed all the way up. My customer is waiting for their food and I can't afford to spend all that time in the drive-thru. Please do something about this. You reply to every single person who leaves the bad review but you don't seem to be doing anything about itUpdate: Right after I posted this review, I went to pick up food and the front doors were unlocked and the service seems to have improved quite a bit. Go figure lol

Horrible. Ordered a Buttery Bacon and Swiss Burger Combo. My burger had no patty and the fries were extremely stale. I called multiple times and nobody answered. Went back with the food to get it fixed and got argued with. Eventually they replaced my burger only and said, "So what if fries are stale? There is nothing actually wrong and we can't replace them." I asked for a refund and got told they can't. Then handed me my bag with a new burger but kept my stale fries, receipt, (stole, I paid for them and never got refunded) and closed the drive thru window.

It’s only a matter of time that’s this place needs to be closed down for good. The manager Roxana needs to be replaced because she can barely speak good English and whoever the supervisor is needs to be fired asap. I came through the drive thru several different times and the place is always closed down on the inside or a cone blocking the drive thru. The times I have gotten food they always give the wrong food. I spoke to the worker and he said that they were only two people working running all over the place to get out orders.

I went in this morning the breakfast menu wasn't on the menu boards. Then the person at the speaker was rude. She told me they no longer had the burrito I wanted so was told about another burrito but, I didn't want the ham or sausage and she told me they can't do that. The worst part was I couldn't understand what she was saying. So I back out and left.If your going to have someone in drive thru could they atleast speak better English. This store has gone way down hill. I live in a small city. There 6 fast food in 2 town. 2 of them I WILL NEVER GO TO AGAIN AND 1 IS JACK IN THE BOX in Washougal, Washington. That used to be my favorite place in town. Now never again.Becky stinson

Placed an order through the Jack in the Box app and pulled up to the drive through to find a traffic cone blocking it so I parked to go inside only to find all the dining room doors locked and the lights dimmed. There was an employee sitting in a booth playing with their phone who glanced up and ignored me so I banged on the door holding my phone up displaying my online order. The employee sauntered over and opened the door and said they were on break. I asked for the manager and he said she is never here. I asked how many people were working there and he said 3. The employee did not care and shut the door. I paid for a product that was intentionally not delivered…THIS IS BY DEFINITION THEFT. Several other cars driving around the restaurant appeared to be having the same issue and reading previous reviews this seems to be an ongoing problem that Jack in the Box as a corporation clearly doesn’t care about. I will never spend another dollar in any of your establishments again. All in involved should be terminated and this franchisee’s license revoked.

My husband & I came in on Friday early evening to get an order to go. I ended up with food poisoning!! I have been calling their phone number ever since & no one ever answers the phone. The fries were gross & the grilled chicken was super tough & had a strange taste. After 2 bites I threw it away & they didn't make it as I had asked. I want a full refund!! I live in Salem, Oregon so it's not like I can just go to the store.

Went here the other night and placed an order. When I got home (2mi away) the food was cold and the cheese not even the slightest bit melted, couldn't go back because they closed. Went back when they were open and the manager Lucia refused to make it right, all I wanted was my order remade, not even the money back. Also the curly fries were cold, very dark in color and obviously refried, and also cold.
