If you want to go to a chill, down to earth bar in Washougal, go to smeads. I'm in love with their fried pickles. The bartenders are all so kind and chatting with them is the highlight of my visit. My only wish is that they add a vegan burger to the menu ?
Surprisingly, good food for a bar. And the service is excellent. I I ordered a French dip. It was the best I've ever had. They made it with brisket. My companions had fish and chips which they loved. Reasonable prices and clean pleasant environment.

Had the potstickers & Halibut burger. Both were really good. Bloody Mary was good. Staff were attentive. We were there on a Saturday night. Mixed crowd, not really crowded. Some good Karaoke.
