The kitchen inconsistency is still an issue. One morning pancakes are the size of silver dollars and another morning they are the size of dinner plates. Also, be aware of the order in which parties were seated. Never a good experience to see a party who came in after your party get their food before you do. On that subject, do your best to have all the food ready to deliver to the table at the same time, even if you have to park a few dishes while you wait on the rest. Nothing fun about the last person served at the table waiting 8-10 minutes for their food while the others have theirs.

I came here two other times when a lady was cooking and preparing the food and the food was amazing I went in there this morning and some gentleman was cooking got an omelette with some red potatoes and unfortunately it was terrible I won't be back unless that lady is cooking I'll make sure to check very unfortunate but it is what it is

I went to Smitty's at least once or twice a week, so I can't help but make a comparison. I've been to Los Dos for breakfast at least three times and it's been fine. However, I would suggest that you not be rigid in accepting an order only as it appears on the menu. Customization of an order was something that Smitty's did well, and I believe Los Dos can also do it just as well. Secondly, bring the coffee pot around a little more frequently. Hopefully you can pick up a few people from Smitty's to give some perspective as to how locals want their breakfast. Keep going, you're doing great!
