The kitchen inconsistency is still an issue. One morning pancakes are the size of silver dollars and another morning they are the size of dinner plates. Also, be aware of the order in which parties were seated. Never a good experience to see a party who came in after your party get their food before you do. I went to Smitty's at least once or twice a week, so I can't help but make a comparison. I've been to Los Dos for breakfast at least three times and it's been fine. However, I would suggest that you not be rigid in accepting an order only as it appears on the menu. Customization of an order was something that Smitty's did well, and I believe Los Dos can also do it just as well. Secondly, bring the coffee pot around a little more frequently. Really great service. Our friends told us to share, of course we didn't listen, and I only ate a quarter of the plate. Giant fat people portions. Prices on the high end, but overall everyone loved it.
