“The kitchen inconsistency is still an issue. One morning pancakes are the size of silver dollars and another morning they are the size of dinner plates. Also, be aware of the order in which parties were seated. Never a good experience to see a party who came in after your party get their food before you do. On that subject, do your best to have all the food ready to deliver to the table at the same time, even if you have to park a few dishes while you wait on the rest. Nothing fun about the last person served at the table waiting 8-10 minutes for their food while the others have theirs.“

We arrived very late, around 11:20 PM, and even though it was close to closing time, the staff treated us extremely well. They welcomed us warmly, prepared everything fresh for us, and made sure we had everything we needed without making us feel rushed at all.

The atmosphere is wonderful, the service is excellent, and you can tell they truly care about their customers and the quality of their food. We really appreciated how well they took care of us, especially so late at night.

“I had my first experience at Margarita Factory (Gresham) tonight and it was better than I imagined. The menu has plenty of options. In fact, just the Margarita menu was over-stimulating. The food is tasty, fast service. And such a kind and accommodating staff. I know people will say “it’s her job to do so,” but coming from someone in a wheelchair who doesn’t have use of her hands, I loved that my waiter kept walking by to refill my glass (it was never empty). I recommend this place for a cute little date night out or with a group of loved ones in celebration.“

I had one street taco...amazingly moist flavorful shredded beef ...with sweet onion and cilantro...$3.19 including the tax!!
I asked for a little bit of guacamole on it too!!
Then take it to the complimentary condiment bar and give yourself a cabbage slaw treat on the side...
I had to order 2 more because they were so good !!

Most restaurants out here dont put thought into beans & tortillas but as a honduran they are STAPLES for me. The tortillas are out of this world and remind me of home, the beans are rich with flavor and the perfect consistency. I could eat just the tortillas and beans every day. The nopales were cooked perfectly, which most folks dont know how to do out here. The agua fresca is fresh fruit and not powdered. The salsa bar is packed with home made salsas & staples. “These tacos absolutely blew us away. We got two birria, one chicken, and one villamelon. We both commented how good they were as soon as we started eating. They were seasoned well and so good that I instantly regretted not ordering four or five.

The birria was our favorite. My wife said the chicken was very good. I really loved the villamelon as well. It had a great crispy texture. I told my wife, next time we come to the area, I’m getting like five of those tacos.
