Went at 6:30 today New Years Eve 2019 and pharmacy was scheduled to be open until 9 pm.. 6:30 closed talked to Kyla and Becca no pharmacist manager phone number to Greg, and Jeff didn’t answer! Poor customer care for people who drive in , during scheduled hours!

Looking for low sodium bread, well, couldn't find any, except Wonderbread, & it's lower than the rest. Very busy this time of day, I know better not to go, ran out of the basics...kept bumping into people or were they bumping into me...hah! This isn't even $5 fri. Hate to think...best time is early morning..

in my opinion the stores not too bad but they need to keep an eye on people parking in a fire lane it's not for the public use as for the fire department that would be a lot better if I come by the store and didn't see people parking in the firelands not right somebody needs to do something

Called customer service about customize digital coupon for 20 pack coors light or bud light for $9.99. since Safeway in camas wouldn’t honor coupon. Customer service in washougal said sure just come in we’ll adjust price of 24 pack for you. Went in talk to different gal in customer service who said the same thing. Go get my beer get ready to check out cashier said can’t do it calls manager over can’t do it even when I explained I’ve talk to two people already in customer said they would honor it. I also mention I drove all the way across town because customer service said they would honor it. Worst customer service experience ever!!!!!

Love my local Safeway in Washougal! If only they’d do a little better with the fresh berries! Third time in the month of March I bought strawberries and blueberries that had rotten ones in the carton the next day. (The blueberries were from Camas Safeway). Guess I’ll have to stick to “Driscoll” brand fruit. I’ve never gotten bad ones with them.
