Didn’t order food, just grabbed a pistachio drink, which was amazing! I wish they offered it year round.Staff was friendly, drink was perfect. Conveniently located inside Safeway in Washougal.

Please train your employees!! This morning it is awful. It tastes like it is burnt!!It sure would be nice to have a good coffee place that you could count on. I mean OMG the cost for a latte is nuts... so make sure it is a good latte.

I ordered a pumpkin spice latte non fat milk large. Bought it for my wife, when home latte was half full. Called customer service with no help. Commented on Starbucks page then had private cat with Starbucks still no help. When there’s a problem Starbucks they will not correct it!

I accidentally ordered a “large” instead of a grande and the cashier dissected my first born child in front of me. Very shocking experience, but the coffee was great. Overall 4/5 star experience.

As a partner, I know how the we must act towards the customers, and how they present the way they craft our coffee, and I am very disappointed. Not only did they not know what a blonde roast was, they were not very gracious and considerate. They were no where near efficient and I had to wait a long time for my drink and pastry (take in the fact that I was the only one there). However, the drink was fine.

This location consistently serves drinks that are watered down, have incorrect proportions and amounts of ingredients. My latte today tastes like it doesn't even have espresso in it...

I've been to this location twice in the last week, they continue to make the wrong drinks and they don't fill the cups up. You charge me $12.78 as a customer I should get what I pay for. I have told you about it, and you say sorry that doesn't cut it, I wasn't even offered exchange or my money back.

Hard to remember what happened 5 months ago, but what I found, they pretty much the same. Courteous service, you're important to them, and never have seen one frown or complaint about their job. Fast service...with a smile...

Tall blonde lady is super rude, messed up my order and gave me sass. How am I supposed to know exactly what every menu item is called word for word? have some patience. Give me my receipt next time too.Brooklyn is her name I think. Somebody else told me she’s mean and told me that was her name.

Eh...well for me,at any starbucks location, drinks are overpriced and service is usually quite poor. They are annoyed with any questions and are the definition of unhelpful. I always feel rushed and have left every time with no desire to return any time soon. I truly dont understand what the fuss is about. They have never came close to impressing me... Id rather buy their coffee and make it at home.

2 days in a row Iv walked out of line and gave up on ordering coffee as the lady who serves coffee would rather have conversations with the last customer then take an order and make coffee. Both morning visits. Later in the day it doesn't seem to be an issue
