All right, it needs to be said. I’m tired of these inexperienced people working here… I could go on about the young blonde boy that works here but today I just experienced a new girl who charged me incorrectly and gave me a dollar out of their tip jar??? so not allowed… She needs to be trained properly along with everyone else. It’s tiring. There are a few really good workers there who I appreciate! But I think you guys just need to do better with training.
I work from this Starbucks almost every day, and it’s consistently a great experience. The baristas are friendly, the atmosphere is inviting, and there’s plenty of comfortable seating. Highly recommend.
I enjoy most all employees at Starbucks, and my drinks are typically good. However, I feel bad for the employees at the store, their floor manager Tina I believe talks to them so rudely, I understand that you guys are in a rush to get drinks out. But please treat your employees with respect and talk to them in a tone you would want to be talked to by someone in an authoritative position over you. I would not stay here if I was talked to in the tone I heard her talk to them in.
