The Starbucks in Washougal is one of my favorite stops. The team is always friendly, welcoming, and efficient, even during busy times. Service is consistently quick, and my orders are prepared accurately. The location is convenient and easy to access, making it a great place to grab a coffee on the go or meet with friends and clients. I appreciate the positive attitude of the staff and the consistently great experience. Thank you for providing such excellent customer service!
All right, it needs to be said. I’m tired of these inexperienced people working here… I could go on about the young blonde boy that works here but today I just experienced a new girl who charged me incorrectly and gave me a dollar out of their tip jar??? so not allowed… She needs to be trained properly along with everyone else. It’s tiring. There are a few really good workers there who I appreciate! But I think you guys just need to do better with training.
