The guy who took our order in the drive-thru who appeared to be about 12 years old with the man bun should maybe spend less time on his hair and focus more on his job... It's really not hard to listen to the customer and not be a dick. Both orders were wrong in top of that and won't be back....
The customer service was very poor when I was in there earlier. The manager Georgina was very unpleasant and unprofessional. She made me feel rushed, and when I got my order she left out the fries. Then she yelled at her employees for it. (Who were being helpful) She Was very mean to them. This is not a family establishment or some where I want to take my grand kids again. This is not the first time I’ve been here and something like this has happened. She is NOT a Good manager...read full review
