Blue Skies came to my friends wedding and was a huge hit! You could smell the food from a mile away and it did not disappoint.My whole table had the Bulgogi bowl and chicken curry and they were very filling, delicious and a great portion size.Wishing I would have tried the spring rolls as well but I was too stuffed. Would definitely recommend and love the idea of having food trucks at your wedding instead of a normal buffet.
Amazing food and service from Joe! 10/10 recommend his food truck and service! He’s seriously the nicest guy! The Wholesome Bowl was simply amazing! The Smoked Garlic/Black Pepper/Coriander Bratwurst has amazing flavor and is HUGE! Check them out for catering/private events, you won’t be disappointed.
Joe was a perfect fit for catering the rehearsal dinner for our wedding weekend on a Friday evening at confluence state park in Wenatchee. He was easy to work with setting a menu and his food estimates for our guest count were spot on!! On the day of the event, he was on time (early even!) and served our guests quickly. Oh, and the food was delicious too! An interesting mix of menu items with great veggie/vegan options. Thanks Joe!
