Our waitress was lovely, really took care of us. The restaurant itself is quite nice, but dated. I had fish and subbed mashed potatoes. I didn't ask if they battered their own fish because it was $20, but it was a cheap out of a box fish. The potatoes were cheap instant, served with a crappy canned gravy. Husband had a steak, great flavor but tough, (seriously?) but it was a perfect medium. Chowder was excellent.
Gave it a try because it was walking distance from hotel, and it advertised steak. I was not wanting the regular chain places so I tried it. Had the rib eye. The whole meal was great. Price was good, even though it was not on special that night. Service was good, friendly and regular. My salad came pretty quick. The steak came a little slower than expected. I asked for med well. Parts of it were right on, parts were closer to med. But the seasoning and sauce that came with it,...
I would love it if some money was put back into the Wenatchee Buzz. Including the outside seating area and the door leading out. As it is, it’s very difficult to get in and out let alone with an armful of plates. The need to keep up with regular maintenance doesn't seem to be being met.
