Really enjoyed everything we tried! I got a white chocolate mocha along with a lemon bar, pumpkin cream muffin, and blueberry cheesecake. The coffee was good, and all of the desserts were fresh, flavorful, and not dry or overly dense. The blueberry cheesecake was probably my favorite. It was very creamy, but not overly rich or too heavy, which made it really enjoyable. The lemon bar and pumpkin cream muffin were also really good. I would 100% be back and definitely recommend this...
Cafe Columbia just keeps setting the bar high and then surpassing it. One of our favorite places to get cappuccinos, especially when Hannah is our barista. She consistently makes high quality, perfect cappuccinos and it’s obvious how much skill and experience she brings to her craft. We are so thankful to have Cafe Columbia in our little town and our favorite barista, Hannah.
This was a tough rating - the sandwich and egg bites were at 4/5 (just not enough flavor for me personally). The French toast however - so delicious. Not too sweet yet still flavorful. Also one of my favorite coffee spot - cold brew, caramel macchiato and white mochas were all rated highly at the table.
