We stopped at the public market to walk the river and stretch our legs on our 7 hour drive back home from Spokane. We chose SOUTH to grab a snack.
We didn't have a big appetite so we ordered guacamole with chips and salsa.
Everything was rich in color and smell.
I really enjoyed the mix of flour and perfectly seasoned corn chips. Both the red and green salsa choices were delicious. The guacamole was a little chunky, as it should be.

Love the creative extras and unique recipes here! Absolutely delicious carnitas, poblano chicken and prickly pear soda. Wonderful and convenient location after shopping the rest of the market.
Highly recommend for vegan & vegetarian food. We got the sweet potato enchiladas and vegetarian tacos- both were so good. We could tell that the veggies and sauces they used were fresh/ made in-house. Sat outdoors on a pleasant sunny morning.
